Primary Food

This is a new beginning. No excuses, just me and my blog. I've officially started school and it has already taught me so much. In her book, "The Best Year of Your Life," author Debbie Ford challenges us with this question, "What would be possible if you lived every day this year with a vivid sense of meaning, purpose and direction?" Now that's a good question. Let's find out.
